The old places.

It was declared like a place of historical value the 15 of October of 1990. It is historical, artistic and cultural patrimony of Maracaibo. It is the older residential zone, where great personalities lived on the region and the country.

It is located in the central helmet and it is cradle of the bagpipe and its gaiteros. Their houses are constructions of the colonial, republican and modern time. The materials with which they are done are of shell of the Coco, clay, stones, among others. The colorful one of its facades is unique, next to the great large windows and doors of wood.

Its construction was realised to commemorate the 150 years of Naval Batalla of the Lake of Maracaibo. Account with a viewpoint of 50 TM. of high where a city is appraised panoramic of the lake and. An aluminum sculpture realised by the artist Victor Varela, whom it symbolizes to the boats that participated in Batalla, and others in honor to the heroes of the mentioned battle exists. This located at the end of the Av. 4 Bella Vista with Av. 2 El milagro.

WORLD CUP 2010

The 2010 FIFA World Cup is the 19th FIFA World Cup, the premier international association football tournament. It is being held in South Africa, beginning on 11 June and scheduled to conclude on 11 July 2010. The tournament is the culmination of a qualification process that began in August 2007 and involved 204 of the 208 FIFA national teams. As such, it matches the 2008 Summer Olympics as the sports event with the most competing nations. The final is forecast to be among the most-watched events ever, possibly behind only the opening ceremony of the 2008 Olympic Games.
This is the first time that the tournament has been hosted by an African nation, after South Africa defeated Morocco and Egypt in an all-African bidding process. Italy are the defending champions, having won the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany. The draw for the finals took place on 4 December 2009 in Cape Town.
Off the field, the 2010 finals have been notable for introducing the sound of the vuvuzela, a long horn blown by fans throughout matches, into international public consciousness

The price it's a most expensive than other places, the food it's not good and the service to take a time, but the restaurant have a good located and a have great atmosphere, the employee is very clean and tidy.

The brownie is sweet and rich but it doesn't healthy for some people to suffer of suggar and it's greasy.
